Fifty-two years old female was complaining of severe low back pain radiating to both lower limbs along with numbness of both feet. Her MRI showed nerve compression at L3/4, L4/5 & L5/S1.
Spinal decompression with fixation was done at L3- S1 level.
Just after two weeks, the patient is walking painlessly and without any support.
