43 Years Old Male Patient Presented With Low Back Pain

43 years old male patient presented with low back pain radiating to the left lower limb and tingling and numbness of the left foot. On MRI, the patient had Prolapsed L4/L5 disc with lumbar canal stenosis.
Laminectomy L4, diskectomy L4/L5 with spinal fixation L4 & L5 was done.
The patient had relief in left leg pain and numbness in the left foot in the immediate post-operative period. The next day patient was walking in the hospital corridor.
